Ghina Yazbeck is a clinical pharmacist with deep expertise in specialty medication management, clinical guideline development, and pharmacy benefit strategy across hospital, managed care, and insurance settings.

In this capacity, she reviewed prior authorizations for high-cost specialty drugs, contributed to the development of clinical guidelines and prior authorization criteria, and applied her expertise in medication therapy management and formulary strategy to support effective, evidence-based healthcare delivery.
She currently serves as Manager of Medical Benefit Utilization Management–Clinical Services, where she oversees clinical review processes and helps shape policies that ensure patients receive appropriate, timely access to specialty therapies. She is also a CS-Pharmacist certified professional.
