U.S. Shipping Destinations

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, subject to applicable state pharmacy and telehealth regulations. We do not ship outside the U.S.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after prescription review and dispensing by the pharmacy. Cold-shipped (temperature-sensitive) medications may require an additional 1-2 business days to process.

Orders are not shipped on Fridays, and are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Carrier and Packaging

All orders are shipped via UPS 2-Day with tracked, discreet packaging.

Shipping Rates

All orders ship free with expedited delivery. There are no shipping charges.

Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Message us within your patient portal with any questions.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

cjc-1295.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged Shipments

While cjc-1295.com's liability for damage or loss in transit is limited, we will make it right. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, message us within your patient portal within 48 hours of delivery. If your package is lost or shows delivered but was not received, message us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods until our review is complete. We will investigate and, where appropriate, ship a replacement at no cost. See our Return Policy for full details.
