All sales of prescription products are final. We cannot accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale.
Prescription Errors
If you believe we have made an error in the filling of your prescription, please contact us at help@cjc-1295.com. We will review your case and, where appropriate, issue a replacement or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your shipment arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
