All providers are licensed healthcare professionals with clinical experience across the medications and therapies offered by meds.you brands. Each provider goes through a rigorous vetting process and is available for ongoing support throughout your treatment.

Physician Qualifications

All physicians and healthcare practitioners providing services through meds.you affiliated brands must:

• Hold a valid, unrestricted medical license in the state(s) in which they provide care
• Be board-certified in their respective specialty
• Maintain active malpractice insurance
• Comply with all applicable federal and state telehealth regulations
• Complete ongoing training in telehealth best practices and clinical protocols

Patient Safety Standards

Healthcare practitioners providing services through meds.you affiliated brands are required to:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments before prescribing any medication
• Review all relevant patient history, current medications, and contraindications
• Follow evidence-based prescribing guidelines
• Decline to prescribe when clinically inappropriate, regardless of patient request
• Maintain complete and accurate medical records for all patient interactions
• Respond to patient communications within clinically appropriate timeframes

Privacy and Confidentiality

All healthcare practitioners are required to maintain strict patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA, applicable state laws, and the privacy policies of the individual brands through which they practice. Patient information may only be shared in accordance with applicable law and the patient's informed consent.

Professional Conduct

Healthcare practitioners providing services through meds.you affiliated brands must:

• Treat all patients with dignity, respect, and without discrimination
• Communicate clearly and transparently about diagnoses, treatment options, risks, and benefits
• Disclose any conflicts of interest that may affect clinical judgment
• Refrain from prescribing controlled substances through asynchronous telemedicine where prohibited by law
• Report any adverse events, errors, or patient safety concerns to appropriate supervisory personnel immediately

Compliance

Any healthcare practitioner who violates this Code of Conduct may be suspended or terminated from providing services through meds.you affiliated brands. Serious violations may be reported to the appropriate state medical board or regulatory authority.
