Prescription Medication Returns
Due to U.S. federal regulations and the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA), prescription and compounded medications cannot be returned or resold once they have left the pharmacy. This policy protects product integrity, patient safety, and compliance with federal law.
Important Notes
- All prescription sales are final.
- Returns cannot be accepted for opened, unopened, or unused medications.
- Once a product has been dispensed and shipped, it cannot be reused or refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your shipment is damaged in transit or if you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at help@cjc-1295.com. We will promptly investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
